We also have relationships with Managed Care Organizations and Health Maintenance Organizations (HMOs). </p> <li> <p class="text">What are the eligibility criteria to be a resident at Keiro? </p> </li> <p class="text">An individual's physician or hospital must determine that skilled nursing care is required.
