LATEST NEWS AND EVENTS
Spend an evening with Olympic Gold Medal Winner Apolo Anton Ohno and his father, Yuki Ohno, who have generously added an intimate fundraising reception to the private dinner they had already agreed to host on behalf of Nikkei Concerns! Thank you Apolo and Yuki for your commitment and compassion to the elders served by Nikkei Concerns. The reception is available to 200 lucky individuals who will get to meet Apolo while enjoying refreshments and the delicious hors d'oeuvres prepared by Carnegies Restaurant and Bar! Thank you to Jerry and Susan Brahm, owners of Carnegie's, who have generously agreed to donate the reception and prepare an amazing five-course meal for the private dinner! For more information, please contact Darcia Tanabe at darciat@nikkeiconcerns.org or (206) 726-6550.

TOURS LUNCH BUNCH Join us once a month for lunch in the fine company of your Nikkei Horizons comrades. These outings are a fun way to stay connected with your peers and try new and different restaurants around Puget Sound. Often there's a little time for shopping or sightseeing along the way, as well. The first outing is decided for you, and the last two will be decided by the group from a list of options presented by your escort. Price includes transportation and lunch for your escort and driver (this is a necessary adjustment from last quarter). Participants pay for their own meal. You may join us for all three outings, or just one or two, but be sure to let us know on your registration form which dates you'll attend. Our first lunch will be at Tuna House Japanese Cuisine, near Bellevue Community College, serving fresh and fantastic Japanese food. 10:45 am-2:00 pm, Wednesdays, April 26, May 24, June 28
