Magical Christmas Night Lights - Still Room Available!
Festive decorations are a very special part of the Christmas season. We'll walk through the beautiful Bellevue Botanical Gardens and see how the garden blooms in the middle of winter with thousands of lights used to create these unique botanical displays. Prior to our night light viewing we'll enjoy a unique Japanese dinner at the new Flo Restaurant.

Osehi Ryoui: Traditional Japanese New Year's Cooking! Still OPEN!
Traditional New Year's cooking in Japan is an elaborate production of delectable dishes, each with its own symbol of hope for the coming year. This workshop will teach you more about the history and meaning behind each dish, and introduce you to a few recipes you can try at home. This class will be part participation and demonstration. Students will have the opportunity to taste some of the final products. Yuki Chikamura is an avid cook of Japanese cuisine who has worked with professional chefs and taught cooking classes in Japan and the U.S.
