TOURS

CHASE GARDEN AND AFTERNOON TEA AT MEEKER MANSION
With naturalistic woodland, an understory of native shrubs and carpets of trillium, erythronium, vanilla leaf, and other wildflower, the Chase Garden is a fine example of a Northwest style garden. A docent-led tour will give you unique insight into this special place. The lunch hour will take us on to Meeker Mansion for afternoon tea and a guided tour of this 17-room Italianate Victorian mansion.
9 am-3:30 pm, Thursday, May 12, $45 (includes transportation, tours and tea.)

MT. ST. HELENS: 25th ANNIVERSARY OF THE ERUPTION
Stops will include the Mt. St. Helen's Visitor's Center and the Coldwater Ridge Visitor's Center, both of which should have special activities and events scheduled around the 25th Anniversary. On our way home, you're in for a treat with dinner at Mary McCrank's Restaurant in Chehalis, rated one of the top ten dinner houses in the country by USA Today. Bring a picnic lunch, and if you bring your Golden Age Park Pass you'll get a $5 Nikkei Horizons credit toward your next activity.
8 am-9:30 pm, Wednesday, May 18, $65 (includes transportation, park entrance fee, and dinner)
